Ceramics and habitat, U.S. market and corporate social reponsibility: more ingredients for the upcoming Qualicer

QUALICER 2008 is fast approaching. Two panel debates and a new invited speaker will further contribute to an increasingly consolidated technical programme that augurs a memorable anniversary. QUALICER, the forum on ceramic tile, will be celebrating its 10th edition in February, and the Organisation, keenly aware that the meeting’s success is grounded in its outstanding participants, confirms the attendance of leading professionals, while other ‘signings’ are in the pipeline.

The panel debates were introduced as an innovative element into the QUALICER programme, and they have left in mind some of the most memorable pages of this congress’s history.

Domingo García Marzá

Domingo GarcíaA specialist in business ethics and corporate social responsibility, García Marzá is Professor of Ethics at Universitat Jaume I of Castellón. He earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy from Valencia University, and did further studies in Politics at Frankfurt (Germany) and in Economy at St Gallen (Switzerland).

He has authored numerous books on ethics and business, and the results of his research have materialised in work conducted for different companies and institutions, as well as in managing national research projects on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and in collaborating as an expert in various European projects.

At QUALICER 2008, García Marzá will deliver the lecture entitled:
